These are "AA" graded black tourmaline stones that have a deep jet black color, little to no surface deposits, and features a highly stable crystal structure unlike other varieties which can cause flaking and splintering. Similar to the AAA grades we carry, but often lack intact terminated points and a more well defined crystal structure. Yet still very high quality pieces of black tourmaline.
