Wholesale Guidelines for Ethical Crystal Retailers

These wholesale guidelines outline how our wholesale program works, what’s included, and what we expect from approved partners. Because we source directly from small-scale miners, cooperatives, and artisan lapidaries, our wholesale model operates differently than conventional crystal suppliers.

Reviewing these guidelines before applying helps ensure clarity, alignment, and a smooth partnership from the start.

Who Our Wholesale Program Is Designed For

Our wholesale program is intended for businesses that actively incorporate crystals into their offerings, including:

  • Independent retail shops and boutiques

  • Jewelry designers and makers

  • Wellness practitioners, studios, and healing spaces

  • Interior designers and curated lifestyle brands

  • Subscription box and gift companies

This program may not be the right fit if you are purchasing primarily for personal use, seeking unlimited inventory, or prioritizing profit margins over ethical sourcing.

Our wholesale access is designed for businesses committed to responsible sourcing, transparency, and long-term alignment.

Wholesale Program Overview

Access: Application-based approval

Wholesale access is a relationship-based program and is maintained through continued alignment with these guidelines.

Wholesale Pricing Structure

Wholesale pricing is offered through a tiered structure that reflects order volume and the overall nature of the partnership. Approved wholesale partners may qualify for pricing up to 50% off retail.

This model allows our partners to maintain healthy margins while supporting fair labor, ethical sourcing, and the realities of limited, small-batch inventory. Full pricing details and access information are shared with approved partners after acceptance.

Wholesale Program Terms & Conditions

Our wholesale program is built on trust, transparency, and long-term alignment. Because we work directly with small-scale miners, cooperatives, and artisan partners, our program is intentionally focused and relationship-driven, just like with our own network of suppliers.

Wholesale access is intended for businesses operating in good faith and in alignment with the purpose of the program. These guidelines exist to protect our suppliers, ensure fairness for our wholesale partners, and preserve a sourcing model that remains sustainable for everyone involved.

In rare situations where an account is used in ways that fall outside this intent, we may need to pause or discontinue wholesale access. Common examples include:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious purchase activity

  • Attempts to use Beyond Bohemian as a dropshipping or fulfillment service

  • Unauthorized use of Beyond Bohemian photography, written content, or design materials

  • Use of wholesale access in ways that misrepresent business intent or resale practices

  • Communication that is consistently disrespectful, abusive, or not aligned with professional collaboration

These measures are not about restriction. They exist to protect the integrity of our sourcing relationships, ensure equitable access for aligned partners, and support the long-term health of our wholesale program.
