These are exceptional black tourmaline crystals that have a deep jet black color, little to no surface deposits, and features a highly stable crystal structure unlike other varieties which can cause flaking and splintering. The crystals are nearly flawless and consists of highly intact and terminated points, which most pieces have multiple terminations. Some pieces may be partially included with small amounts of feldspar and quartz, but otherwise are almost entirely black.
