This amethyst is graded “AA" based primarily on the medium to dark purple coloration with great translucency and little to no surface deposits on the crystals. The coloration can be somewhat variable, yet the overall quality is very nice. These near perfect points may have some small chips and be partially included with other minerals which gives each crystal character and individuality.
