Our wholesale program is intentionally selective and limited. We only partner with retailers and makers who value transparency, responsible sourcing, and quality over volume. Our supply chain is built on small-scale miners, cooperatives, and artisan lapidaries, so quantities are limited and costs reflect fair, ethical practices.
Why We Limit Wholesale Access
True ethical crystal sourcing has real constraints that is generally not compatible with traditional wholesale as:
• quantities are limited and cannot be mass produced
• batches vary with each shipment and often do not offer high levels of consistency
• product variety is narrower to meet strict our ethical standards
• responsible labor and environmental practices increase costs
• international freight from artisan suppliers is expensive and unpredictable
Our wholesale exists out of necessity to support these suppliers, increase purchasing power, and keep ethical crystals accessible. Without it, we would be relying on layers of wholesalers and middlemen that dilute transparency and not align with our values.
We carefully review every application to ensure alignment with our mission. This allows us to protect the integrity of our sourcing model, support existing partners, and maintain the highest ethical standards.
Wholesale access is not guaranteed. We approve only a small number of applicants who are a true fit.
How Access Works
After submitting an application, approved partners are invited to join with a small one-time membership fee that helps keep the program sustainable. This fee is non-refundable and directly supports our ethical sourcing model, artisan partners, and wholesale program benefits. Because wholesale pricing applies starting at our $300 order minimum, partners more than recoup the cost of membership on their first order through exclusive wholesale savings, free shipping, and eligibility for our bag buy-back program. Most of our wholesale partners comfortably retail our products at two times or more their cost.

Wholesale Guidelines

We require a minimum of $150 USD for all wholesale orders.

We only require a sales tax license for those operating in the state of Maryland. For all other states and countries, submitting our wholesale application is the only step for account approval and purchasing privileges. Yet we are happy to assist start-ups and entrepreneurs in the beginning stages of their business. Please visit the website of the Department of Revenue or similar agency that administers sales tax licenses or business licenses in your state to ensure compliance with any local and state tax laws. They are generally free to apply for and many issue permits and licenses online within minutes.

Yes, you are welcome to order small quantities or individual pieces as samples, and we encourage you to test out products to ensure they meet your needs. However, orders primarily focused on sampling are generally not eligible for wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing is reserved for orders emphasizing volume and bulk—typically 1-pound or 1-kilogram options—which represent the vast majority of wholesale purchases.
Orders that include more than 10 items from our bulk categories (e.g., bulk tumbled stones and bulk raw stones & crystals) in small increments—defined as 1/8 pound, 1/4 pound, or individual pieces—are considered sampling or retail purchases. Due to the additional labor, time, and cost of eco-friendly packaging materials, these orders are ineligible for wholesale pricing and may be cancelled at our discretion.
To ensure the best return on investment and profitability for your business, we strongly recommend selecting larger volume options, such as 1-pound or 1-kilogram quantities, to qualify for wholesale pricing and maximize cost efficiency—especially for international shipping. You are welcome to include small quantities or samples in your order, but please limit these to fewer than 10 total items.

To keep our wholesale program sustainable, only regularly priced items are eligible for wholesale discounts. Mystery bags, surprise boxes, and clearance bundles are already deeply discounted and are reserved for retail purchases only.

All items on this website qualify for wholesale pricing once the minimum order total is met. Once you have registered for a wholesale account with us you will be provided an exclusive code to use on this website during checkout.

All wholesale orders qualify for free shipping. Both our wholesale and retail clients follow the same shipping guidelines found here.

Some of our exclusive items come from artisanal sources that can only produce small quantities and priority of those items are given to established wholesale accounts. If you are after something you don’t see let us know and we will try our best to help. If you are seeking a large volume of a particular item that we do not have on hand we may require a deposit to secure the item from one of our trusted suppliers to arrive in a future shipment. Please contact us for a quote and a time frame of delivery. While we try to keep up with demand and have plentiful stock of all of our items, we generally do not offer back orders on items that are out of stock as products can vary considerably with each batch and may not always be the same as previous batches.

For personal purchases made in large volumes we can offer similar prices to the introductory wholesale level without the business sales tax license requirement. Many products offer significant price breaks as the quantity goes up. Additionally we often feature heavily discounted items that do not require wholesale registration to purchase.
