Emerald Raw Crystal Specimens (AA Grade - 6-10 Pieces Per Kilogram) Ethically Sourced from Zimbabwe

We are fortunate to have come across these stunning natural emeralds. The emeralds from Zimbabwe feature a unique glittery mica rock matrix that often produces a shimmering effect in the sunlight. A challenging mineral to clean and polish because of all of the tiny crevices and differences in hardness between the matrix and emerald. Yet we were able to achieve great results on these specimens with our natural materials to expose more of the green beryl. New regional efforts using more environmentally conscious mining methods and geological sampling in different areas of the country has led to the recent discovery of these beautiful specimens. While not gem grade, these are still rather unusual and collectable specimens. The crystals have variable clarity levels ranging from very translucent to milky, but the green crystal color is intense nonetheless.
