These are A-grade Aquamarine raw crystals with Black Tourmaline from Kunene Region, Namibia, sold by the piece or by the pound. The pale blue beryl grows alongside black schorl tourmaline in the same pegmatite pockets. Each piece runs 0.50-1.25 inches; the aquamarine is Mohs 7.5-8 and the tourmaline 7-7.5. Both minerals are fully natural and untreated. A favorite calming stone for crystal grids.

Aquamarine is the pale blue variety of beryl, the same family as emerald. In these small pieces it grew together with black schorl tourmaline in the same pegmatite pockets, so most stones pair pale blue crystal with jet-black tourmaline.
These raw pieces come from Kunene Region, Namibia. The balance of blue and black varies from piece to piece.
The name aquamarine means 'sea water' in Latin. Tourmaline comes from the Sinhalese word 'turmali.'
Those who work with aquamarine often turn to it for quiet, steady calm, working through difficult feelings at your own pace, and settling into who you already are, while the black tourmaline it grew with is traditionally kept for a sense of groundedness when things feel uncertain.
